- Planting Service: We provide a planting service for a small additional fee. This service includes professional planting of your fruit trees at your specified location.

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order.
- Payments must be made at the time of order via our secure payment system.

- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after 24 hours but before delivery will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Once the product has been delivered and/or planted, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.

We are not liable for any damages that may occur to your property as a result of using our delivery and planting services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the products and services purchased.
