Pandan leaves plant are a tropical plant but has some success in growing this plant in Perth region area. The leave produces aromatic sweet-scented smell. Widely used in cooking and baking.
Next time when you cook rice add a bunch of Pandan leaves to it with coconut milk, salt & water. The results should give you coconut rice with pandan flavour and smell. Try it!
