Lemongrass is herbs plants commonly used in cooking or tea. It has strong flavour/aromatic smell which gives asian cooking a lift. The leaves (long grass) are not edible but the stem-base is what you need for cooking.

Lemongrass grows really well in Perth. Can also grow them in a large pot. The leaves/long-grass can be sharp, wear gloves when puuting out the lemongrass.
