Curry leaves are aromatic leaves commonly used in South Asian cuisine, especially in Indian cooking. These leaves come from the curry tree (Murraya koenigii), native to India and other parts of Asia. Despite their name, they’re not related to curry powder; instead, they add a distinct flavour and aroma to various dishes. Typically used fresh, they have a citrusy, slightly bitter taste that enhances the flavour of curries, soups, rice dishes, and more. Suitable to be grown in Perth. If you purchase this product during the winter, please note that the leaves may not be in optimal condition, potentially appearing yellow.
